Terms of Service
Version of September 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of this site, an independent review of Gravira Casino put together by a small editorial team in Canada. By reading on you accept them. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please close the page and tell us why.
We have kept the language as plain as a legal page allows. Where a clause matters more than the rest, we say so.
1. Who runs this site
A publication, not a casino
Gravira Casino CA is a review. We test the casino, read its rules and write down what we find. There are no deposits here, no games are hosted on our servers, and we have no way to see or change a player account.
What the operator decides
The casino itself is run by Horizonix Corp N.V., which holds a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. That company, and not us, decides who can open an account, which payment methods work and whether a withdrawal is approved.
Our business details, including the name of the entity behind this site, are available on request. Send the editors a note and we will reply with them.
2. What the review is, and what it isn't
Everything we publish is general information. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is certainly not a promise that you will win. Casino games carry a built-in house edge: over time the casino keeps a share of what is wagered, and no strategy in our pages changes that.
Accuracy and dates
The review reflects the casino as we checked it on September 25, 2026. Operators adjust bonus rules, payment options and game counts often, sometimes overnight. We revisit the page regularly and correct it when a reader points out a difference, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is still current on the day you read it.
Before you deposit, confirm the key facts on the casino's own site. The sections on the welcome bonus and payout times are the ones most likely to drift.
Opinions
Ratings and verdicts are the honest view of our editors. Two people can play the same slot for an evening and walk away with very different feelings about it. Treat our opinion as one input, not the final word.
3. How we test the casino and keep the review current
A review is only as good as the checking behind it, so here is roughly how ours works.
The test account
An editor opens a real account from Canada, deposits in Canadian dollars with the methods most readers use, and plays through a sample of slots and live tables. We ask support a few questions at different hours and time the answers. When we request a withdrawal, the clock starts at the moment we press the button and stops when the money lands.
How scores are set
Each area of the review (games, bonus value, cashier speed, support, account safety) gets its own mark before any overall verdict is written. Two editors compare notes. When they disagree by more than a point, the section is retested rather than averaged.
Test deposits come out of our own budget. The operator sees the review at the same moment you do, with no preview and no chance to edit a line before it goes up, and free credit offered to the team is politely turned down.
Updates and corrections
The whole review is rechecked at least once a quarter. Smaller edits happen in between, usually because the casino changed a promotion or a reader wrote in. A factual correction goes live as soon as we have confirmed it; a change of opinion waits until the next full retest.

4. Age and province rules
Minimum age
The site is written for adults only. In most of Canada the legal gambling age is 19. In Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec it is 18. If you are below the age that applies where you live, please leave now. Nothing here is aimed at minors or should be read as encouragement to anyone underage.
Where you play from
Canada leaves gambling to the provinces, so the rules depend on where you are sitting when you play.
- In Ontario, online casino games are offered by operators registered with iGaming Ontario, and Gravira Casino is not among them.
- Most other provinces sell online casino games through their own lottery corporation sites, such as PlayNow in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Loto-Québec's online casino, PlayAlberta, and Atlantic Lottery in the four Atlantic provinces.
- The territories and a few provinces have fewer local options and their own approach to offshore sites.
The casino works under its Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and sets its own list of accepted countries and provinces. Confirming that you may play from your location is up to you. Our section on whether the casino is legit sets out what we verified and where the gaps are.
5. How we make money
Affiliate commission
This part matters, so we'll be direct. Some links and buttons on the site send you to the casino through our own redirect page, /liftoff/. If you sign up after following one of those links, the operator pays us a commission. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you see is the same one the casino shows to anyone else.
What the money cannot buy
The arrangement does not buy a better score. We point out slow payouts, heavy wagering and weak support whether or not a partner likes it, and we would rather lose a commission than mislead a reader.
Prefer not to use our links? Type the casino's address into your browser yourself.
6. Reading bonus terms
Their document prevails
We describe the welcome offer as the casino advertises it: CA$1,500 + 200 free spins, spread across the first deposits. That wording is ours, a summary. The binding rules sit in the casino's bonus terms, and where our summary and their document disagree, theirs wins every time.
A quick way through the small print
- Open the promotion's own terms page, not just the banner.
- Find the wagering requirement and note which games count toward it, and at what rate.
- Check the maximum bet allowed while bonus money is active.
- Look for expiry dates on both the bonus balance and the free spins.
- Confirm that your payment method qualifies, since some e-wallets are excluded from welcome offers.
Ten minutes with that list saves most of the surprises readers write to us about.
What sits outside our reach
We cannot credit a bonus, extend its deadline or step into a dispute about one. Those questions go to the casino's support team, which can see your account.
7. Using the site
What is welcome
Reading, printing or sending a page to a friend is always welcome, as long as nobody is making money from it. The same goes for quoting a short passage with a link back.
What we ask you not to do
- scrape the site in bulk or copy whole reviews onto other domains;
- try to break, overload or probe the servers;
- pass off our ratings as your own or edit them before sharing.
Traffic that behaves like an attack may be refused at the server.
Nobody asks for your password
No account is needed here, and there is nothing to log into. Should a page ever request a password or card number while claiming to be us, it isn't us.
8. Accessibility
What we have built in
Pages are written in plain HTML with real headings, so screen readers can jump between sections. Images carry text alternatives, colour contrast is checked against WCAG 2.1 AA, and every control works from the keyboard. Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without content being cut off.
Reporting a barrier
Some parts will still fall short. When one gets in your way, email the editors and describe the page and the device you were using. On request, we can send the relevant content in another format.
9. Intellectual property
Our material
Text, layout, illustrations and the site's own graphics belong to us or to people who licensed them to us. For anything larger than a short quote, ask first by email.
Other people's names and logos
Casino names, logos and game titles belong to their owners. They appear here only so we can identify what we are reviewing, and their use does not suggest any endorsement of this site by those owners.
10. Links to third parties
The casino
Once you click through to the casino, its terms and privacy rules apply, not ours. The operator sets its own cookies and asks for its own identity checks, as explained in our Cookie Notice.
Regulators, help services and news
We also link to regulators, support organisations and the occasional news story. Those pages are run by others. We have no control over their content, security or data handling, and a link is a pointer, not a guarantee.
11. Complaints and disputes
About something we wrote
Think a score is unfair, or a fact is wrong? Send the details to the editors. Someone who did not write the section reads the complaint, and you get a reasoned reply within five business days, along with a note of any change we make.
About your casino account
Problems with deposits, withdrawals, verification or bonuses belong with the operator. The usual path looks like this:
- Contact the casino's live chat or email support and ask for a ticket number.
- Escalate in writing to its complaints team if the first answer does not settle it.
- When the operator's process is exhausted, take the case to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which handles player complaints about the casinos it licenses.
Screenshots of the cashier, chat transcripts and the dates of each message make any complaint far easier to resolve. We are happy to point you to the right contact, even though we cannot act for you.
12. Limits on our liability
No warranty
We work hard to be right, yet we give no warranty on the content. Where Canadian law permits, we accept no liability for losses that come from gambling, from decisions you make after reading our pages, from the casino's conduct, or from a page being briefly unavailable.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
Severability
Should a court find one clause unenforceable, that clause is read down to the extent needed and every other clause keeps its full effect.
13. Governing law and changes
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. If a disagreement can't be sorted out by email, the courts of that province will hear it, unless the law of your own province gives you the right to go elsewhere.
When we change these terms
Expect edits whenever our site or the rules around it move; the version date under the heading tells you which revision you are reading. A change applies from the moment it is published, and carrying on reading after that point means you accept it. Significant changes are also flagged on the Legal page for a few weeks.
14. Related pages and contact
Help with play
How we treat the little data we hold is explained in the Privacy Notice. For limits, self-exclusion and support lines, see Responsible Gambling. When play starts to feel like more than entertainment, ConnexOntario answers at 1‑866‑531‑2600, free and confidential, 24/7.
Reaching the editors
Questions about these terms can go to our editorial inbox or through the Contact Us page. Replies usually arrive within two business days.
Common questions about the casino itself are answered in the FAQ on the home page.
